Kickers for S-PVC

These kickers are used for the calendering-foaming process in manufacturing artificial leathers, floorings(vinyl linoleum), with good lubrication and very low Plate-out.
These kickers also help to achieve uniformed cell structures, high foaming ratio, and prevent early foaming on the calender.

Ca/Zn powder type kickers are suitable at lower temperature processing with improved gelation speed. And also can be used for PVC scrap foaming.
Ba/Zn liquid type kickers are mostly used for the manufacturing of floorings, and artificial leathers for bags, upholstery and other
